I hope you will get yours soon!
But yeah just saw someone getting an AOR on app submitted on May 29th.. I really don’t understand this. Some people have to wait 7-9 months and some 4. Not really fair.. and does it also mean that they will get in-process before those submitting in the winter?

If people start getting IP based on AOR received rather than month app received, that will be unfair to people who are still waiting on AOR of the same or prior months and IRCC will risk a class action lawsuit.

Well that's what I love seeing, new observations are noted everyday... And those new observations supersede the previous related observations. I just wish sherlock holmes was alive.
Family application delivered on Jan. 30th, AOR received on July 23rd and on August 29th application show In Process status (Wife and 3 children).
Any idea how long does it take for the next step? is it the exam?
Looking at 2019 trend, IP to Test Invite used to take 120 days on average which is approximately four months. Considering the backlog IRCC currently has due to Corona, I am guessing that we would be receiving our invites sometime in late-winter/Spring 2021. What do you people think?
