Hello everyone,
Congrats to all who are getting replies and see the progress in their application.
Just wondering, if someone is in a similar situation, any guidance would be great, as we have sent our application to the Sydney office, (outland, application sent on Feb 17, 2020), no AOR so far.
Actually, upon first web form inquiry, the reply was "We have previously received the Use of representative (IMM5476) form you submitted with the application; however, the authorization has been deemed incomplete and due to a system limitation, the form could not be saved to the file. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In order for us to respond to your enquiry, we invite you to resubmit the form by filling out the
IRCC Web form".
As requested, the "Use of representative" form has been forwarded by filling out the IRCC Webform. Later, the reply received i-e "We have verified the information you provided and can confirm that we received your application. It will be processed according to the date it was received".
Not sure, what would be the next expected step, no AOR so far, it's been almost close to 8 months. If our CSQs (Applicant, Spouse, Chlid) would expire during this wait, what we will do...? if we will not get AOR which indicates the "Completeness of our application" and during this time our CSQs will expire than what we will do in that situation...? Any reply would be a great help!
Thank you in advance.
"The CSQ must be valid when the applicant submits an application for permanent residence to IRCC (Centralized Intake Office [CIO] in Sydney). If the applicant’s CSQ expires before the receipt of the application at the CIO, the application is incomplete and must be returned to the applicant. The applicant must submit a new application for a CSQ to MIDI. If the applicant’s CSQ is valid at the receipt of the application at the CIO, the CSQ will be considered valid until a decision is rendered on the permanent residence application by IRCC."

When they say receipt of the application, does it mean when we get AOR or does that mean when our application was sent and we have the XEP number?
Is according to this answer in your email from them "We have verified the information you provided and can confirm that we received your application. It will be processed according to the date it was received".

I dont know why but i feel like indian’s applications seem faster than others .. even on tracker.. do u know why? Lol it’s just stupid question but it seems to be true
Finally an update on my PR! I applied as under Regular Quebec Skilled Worker on 1 October 2018. AOR received January 2019 and medical September 2020. Anyone know what are the next steps after completing the medical requests?
Are you inland or outland please?
Just recieved DM, good day
. Outland App sent Oct 2018. Hope good news for all 2018 applicants.
When did you get medical request?

You have right to your feelings but in the french forum I see people from different countries getting their PR in 17-28 months (both inland and Outland). That certainly makes it an untrue question besides stupid.
I am in the same boat , applied November 2018 and no medical yet. So stressful I don't know what to do.

One of my Indian friend - who was also in this forum - applied on 2018 Nov and got PR on 2019 Oct in less than 11 months.
He was an outland applicant and had 3 family members.
And my another Indian friend got it in 15 months.
It might be a coincidence of course. But getting PR in Quebec Skilled Workers category in 11 months is miraculous.
It is more than luck.
When did you get medical request?
MR was on 19thJune 2020.
Hi all, as the title is my doubt
Because not sure with the express entry considering the huge number of applications so I'm preferring arrima way
But I thought of first starting with arrima and then in a few months start with ee
Will this bring any problem being active in two programs
Obviously as soon as I get ita from one I'll be dropping off the other
Guys
Can I make medical exam upfront? QSWP
Thanks

YOu cant do an upfront medical exam. You need the letter from IRCC first.
