I requested a GCMS note and it mentioned that 'appears RFV'.
I was just wondering if the mandate letters, speech from the Throne and all, do I need to re-order GCMS note again or should I just wait ?
I don't know if there will be more updates after that notes, hence the confusion on whether or not getting one more GCMS note.

Does anything from the speech from the throne benefit the swift processing(final review) of the PR documents during the pandemic? @legalfalcon@caipsnotes

The speech did not say anything about the immigration. However, since the new parliament sessions has begun, the PM will send a new mandate letter to the minister of immigration and also IRCC will be releasing its annual report for the year ending Dec 31, 2019.
Both these will give some idea about the new priorities if IRCC.
For family reunification, additional allocation has already announced by IRCC one day after the Speech from the throne.
