i just received GCMS notes that i ordered roughly a month ago. and i found out that eligibilty and security check has not even started yet that fact that it’s been in LVO for 7 months. frustrating.

Received ADR today from LVO. Requesting for passport, current country of residence, height and eye color. Bit confusing as they are asking for all the family member included on my application on which I applied for a single visa with out dependents. However, i will be getting married this october.

Congrats!!! You are now ready for PR visa. The document they sent to you is what they send with all requests for passport submission. If you do not have any dependent included in your application, just fill out your information and leave the rest blank, nothing to worry about.

I really hope so! But im getting married this october so Im expecting months of waiting again for my husbands application to process.

As far as i know, AOR means Acknowledgement of receipt. In my case I applied for single applicant I just received 1 AOR. If you add your spouse or any dependents at the later stage thats the case they will issue AOR 2 for the acceptance of dependents. Just my thought, im not sure really

Received an email from LVO after a long long time. My security screening (comprehensive) was going on. They say
“Your application is awaiting review but we are unable to advise when this review will take place in the near term.”

does this mean my ss is over now?

I got the same generic reply from LVO after two months of raising webform.

My wife also got an ADR from London Visa Office and submitted passport scans (herself and mine), my PR card scan and the eye color and height for both of us. The upload table says the information has been provided, however, there is no acknowledgement from the office, the profile still says your action is required, and the Additional documents clause says we need additional documents for the application to continue processing,

I wonder how long does it for them to acknowledge the information that has been provided to them, and also, how further long does it take them to issue the CoPR and PPR.

FYI - if you are going to add your husband to your application, it does not change the AOR for your application. also, adding spouse after aor and before landing will not lead to re-evaluation of points.

They will only check for criminality, medicals, and security. Before COVID, this would take 2-4 months, but now I am not sure of the timelines.

how do u know ur security screen was going on n ur time line?

Thanks for the insight! Im about to add my husband on my PR application this october. Can we do upfront medical right away for him or we will just wait for their MR?
