Yes I have outland dependents. My eCAS changed to Decision Made on Sep 1 than on Sep 12 it was changed to in process again. Now today it is changed again to decision made.
The fact that they have been stalling on sending our MRs for all those who have not yet gotten ..and those who gave upfront medicals are moving up to the front of the line ...begs the question of fairness

I talked to an agent and she said giving upfront medical helps them reduce their work ..... there is nothing wrong With that..... Just go ahead with upfront medical......
I did upfront and was passed the next day

I see a lot of people doing upfront and get passed and even PR
My upfront for example is not got reviewed yet and every time when i call agent it will be the same answer "We have your medicals on file but an officer didn't review them yet"
So for me it looks like people are very lucky that they got passed this quick..
Many people who did not receive MR are permanent residents now because they did upfront medical. There is no harm to go for it. It just waste of time to wait for the request in the current situation.
