January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

I have a question if anyone can help me out. After getting copr number in GC Key. Do we still have to send them photos for pr card, even if we have attached the 2 photos with the application before submission.. I just heard that they will send an email with the instructions that how to apply for pr card and also mention the address where to send the photos.
Then why do they ask to attach the photos with the application before submitting??

I got email from Etobicoke office
And gckey showing COPR number and expiry date
But didn’t receive any email with letter..!!

What did they mentioned in the email.. I haven't received any email yet..
As I know, they don't provide any letter in the email. We always get a letter in Gc key after receiving an email.
Eg. They sent us an email for pre services letter. In email they mentioned that we sent you message so sign in your account and then we have received PAL in GC Key.
Just sharing the information that I heard. Whoever have received an email for the COPR letter, they have a accurate information.

Yes
You need to send them 2 photos with COPR letter to process PR card
You will see on letter which Visa office you need to send this documents.

Today my eCAS status again changed from in process to decision made.
I dont know whats going on

Nothing , same like we are processing , but in ECAS its DM
And i called they said its approved.
Lets see

When you call them what they ask. They ask your uci no.or application no.and Dob.

I just have a question.
Are there any exemptions to medicals for example people living in Canada longer than 4years or everyone must take medical for PR?

As at today???everybody needs to do a medical...there is no official word from IRCC on any change yo this rule.....the question thou is why are they taking so long to send MR to those applicants in the system from July onwards who did not yet receive one???? Nobody knows...
