I need your help please .
I am inland applicant working in Canada AINP, AR March 29 /2019

My wife and my son are in Europe ,they are waiting to joint my self if I can get a COPR....
My wife has a open Canada working permit
My son has a Canadian visitor permit , he has 19 years old , he is not possible for the visitor permit people to travel to Canada Now ( because of the COVID) .
Do you think IRCC consider my wife and my son Outland dependent because they are in Europe ???

They can come visit visa can come in to visit parents under family reunification. He will just act to prove to CBSA at the border that he is coming to see his father. You don’t need to be a PR or citizen now. Work permit holder are now allowed immediate family spouse parents and kids

I would say you should go for upfront medical. Some of people got their DM and COPr number as they have done upfront medical. I have also done upfront medical in august20. And got Dm and copr number yesterday.
