Sorry Guys.. App was delivered to CIC around June 15 and I got the application returned to me Sep 15. I sent back the application same day after correcting the mistake

Sorry to hear taurus. Did they also notify by email regarding the incomplete application? or only by post? Are you attached the same fee receipt? Thank you.

Looks like they start to open June applications. I assume you have not requested Urgent processing

I sent two applications - One is June (Normal Processing) and another one is in September 1 to request Urgent Processing. I am not sure which one they consider.

Further, i sent a CSE on July 29 requesting urgent process with respect to the June Application.

Thank you. Yes, You are right. I got an offer after sending the first application. In the first application i did not mark as urgent. As a result, and advise by the Call center, i sent second application as marked urgent on the envelop. In the AOR did not specify which date of the application they referred. However, finally AOR came this afternoon.

I attached Letter of Explanation for reason being second application.

You should be able to have access to ecas tomorrow, then you can check app delivered date. Then you will know if this is a September app or June app. In the meantime, I have added you.

No they didn't notify by email for incompleteness. It was sent back by regular post.

Hi Melito, I checked ECAS status, it's second application, delivered on 1st September 2020, marked as Urgent Processing. As i mentioned my first application i did not mark as an Urgent on the envelope. As per Advise by the Call center, second application was sent, indicated as Urgent. Finally they accept second one.
