Did any inland with outland dependents got COPR recently after DM. I am Inland with outland dependents got DM in ECAS on September 1 and since than there is no update. I suspect they will delay my COPR due to my outland dependents.

That's the reason for you. They will not issue CoPR if you have outland dependent. Once travel restrictions will lift off they will issue.

not so, my country vfs has been open for a while and yet to get DM even though all the steps have been passed

Did they call you to clerify if your dependants are still outland or just with the information when you initially applied?
