Hi All,
I received an ADR request for form IMM5406 ( additional family information document). Is there something wrong or anything to worry about?

AOR: 23 feb
MED: 3rd March
BIO: 11th March
FSW outland

no update since then until today asking for this document. as per gcms and webform only criminality was cleared in these months. Any info on this would be great appreciated.

if you dont mind, so you are inland applicant on pr already and had applied for your spousal pr who resides in US, then you have received ppr request to you to send his passport for copr issue?

I received ppr for my spouse September 3rd with a message that said to send his passport once I recieve my copr which will be completed through my local VO contacting me, so I’m currently waiting to be contacted by them. I am an inland applicant and he resides in the U.S

There is nothing alarming if they have requested this form. It is requested on a case-by-case basis. Perhaps, your eligibility may have been passed by the officer today and has requested this form while initiating the background check for your file. Again, these are assumptions based on experiences with other applicants. It is best to resolve queries from IRCC at the earliest, and consider any follow-up from them as an indication that your file has been opened by someone in the office and moving ahead in the system! All the best - do expect long wait times given the pandemic and ther overall slowness in the system since 2019.
