I have 3 kids. The little had 9 when they asked us to leave, after 4 years living there. The lawyers only want money. Ask to other lawyers in order to no spend more money right now.

Biometric first then aip sometime biometric first and medical then aip. Every case is different and its factor

Am yet to get AIP applied on the 2nd of March and was asked to pay for Biometrics on the 4th of March am just getting the mail today the 8th of September for Biometric.

Hi all, unfortunately my refugee appeal denied by the RAD. I have already submitted application to Federal Court. But my lawyer said that “you can apply to H&C as well because of your kid who is 12 years old “. Now looking for information about H&C. Questions; 1-Can I apply without a lawyer to H&C ? Recommended? 2-What is the lawyer’s cost estimate for this application? 3- I paid tons of money to lawyer for Rpd and Rad . But they never care what lawyer says . Does a lawyer effect to result if I can hire a lawyer again? Thanks

You can apply without lawyers, I have been there I lost my entire Savings for hire lawyers I had 4 lawyers so far and the results are ZERO. I started to rely on myself I applied For H&C was easy but takes time. I wish you a good luck!

Yes! She/he can apply on their own.But keep in mind that,everybody’s journey is different.Representing yourself can equally go wrong.I know that feeling of spending all your money on lawyers and still not getting anywhere.But with the right team,you sure will.I just think it’s best to use a lawyer to save yourself from all that drama

i done my biometric medical and background check and fee beFor Aip When I got my Aip no email recently just waiting on copr now if you Applied for refuges Or PRRA they don’t asked you for medical or biometric

Hi, I have not done my medicals, My Timeline is Application received March 2nd and was advised to do Pay for Biometrics on March 4th payment and just today was advised on mail to go do Biometrics with a letter of proof that i paid.

Yes you are eligible to apply for H&C if you have child or children. You will be applying base on Best Interest of child. Again I have seen people here that did H&C without a lawyer but every case is different. To the best of my knowledge using a lawyer is better.

It happened to me same way. All my income goes to lawyer but zero impact. Now I’m seriously thinking applying without the lawyer after get some information on the internet. I hope it works
