I’m really appreciate your help, thank you so much and yes we did all these steps except when my spouse went to the Garanti BBVA to deposit the money, they said to him he can’t do that because he is not a From “Turkey” then he send yesterday his passport with all requests except this step.
Should I contact them?

I will write an explanation to them and I’ll print the passport request letter again to attach it with receipt.

There is a box if you have online banking you can see it . If you transfer the money from the bank they understand the receipt also.

Yes, he will go to Ziraat bank to send the money to Garanti BBVA because he doesn’t have bank account to use it.
About to get our passport back will be depend on how fast they are . It’s around one to 2 weeks . Don’t worry any more and my advice for the one who got the PPR Just be ready and pack your bags and whenever they send our passport try to buy the ticket right away

Yes inshallah, I’ve no idea about the deadline,
for me, whenever they send our passport back, I will buy a ticket.
For September and October the tickets are so cheap and try to go to Canada before Christmas .

Yes, he has TC KIMLIK
He will go to another Garanti bank location and will see what will they do .
hopefully they will do it for hem the. We can send to VAC

I had written account info on a piece of paper and I told them that I wanna send 157.50 TL to this account. They asked my KIMLIK and I put it on his desk and I told him that the description should be PASSPORT TRANSMISSION AND ONE-WAY COURIER SERVICE.
Actual amount was 157.50 but It was paid 160 TL.

We ganna do the same thing and hopefully it will work .
After that, we will send it to VAC with an explanation of our situation .

we already sent the passport and photos yesterday with the ppr letter and it cost us 107 TL For delivery.
