I don't think they will examine this same application after 12minths bar.if that's d case averybody that 12 months bar applies to will apply before the 12 months bar i.think she has to reapply after the 12months bar

Well,we basically said the same thing.She needs to submit another application with better evidence for her to have a chance.The good thing is the 12 months bar is up next month.

It can be in process for many months. It just means they have started looking at your file.

It transferred to Toronto, I heard it’s the worst

Mine was transferred to Toronto and my AIP letter came from Humanitarian Migration Montreal.
When I called ircc call centre I was told my file is still in Toronto
