You dont need to worry. security happens only after MR or MP. they basically check how safe you are to the canada. They check this through Canadian border security force and other agencies Database.

I just got a GU (Ghost Update) on my account a while ago. I ordered GCMS notes on August 14th. When we order the GCMS notes, do we get a GU because of that?

If your eligibility and criminality are passed than i reckon you should go for upfront medical.
