I got an email today too, 'PR Passport Request'. I'm so happy! Same with @codepink, my ECAS hasn't changed yet.

Thank you! and congrats to you too! Yup, MVO here as well, and I'm in Canada now. I have to pick-up my son in PH, but I may wait until the situation there is getting better. I can only take a month off from work, who knows how many days I will be quarantine if I will go there early, so better wait.

Its very complicated there. And we want her to be here with us for christmas we’ve been waiting for this to happen as she was undeclared. We will let her travel alone, unaccompanied minor.

It is very frustrating, I Know.. i am not sure if they started working yet.. i submitted a web form to update my employment and they said to wait until i receive the application number as my son is not yet in their system..

No, i am not sponsoring my wife - the only reason i am adding 6a) count because it says :

Your Spouse or Common-law partner if not listed on the Generic Application form for Canada (IMM 008) in the box #3 under section Application details:

Since she is not in that application (this Application being for my child only) - i was adding her here. But i am confused if she should be counted in 6a) ?

Can someone guide ?

You don't have to include your wife if she's PR. If you read the question on top of # 4 it will help.
