No what u are saying is not true u should know that IRCC doesnt proceed by queue if it was that some of us would have got already their COPR!
for exemple am sept 2018 I havent heard anything since may 2019 but ive seen sept oct nov dec 2018 and 2019 applicants getting their CoPR I also saw sept 2018 applicant who got their PR before 2020 but see I and others are still waiting soo brothers and sisters dont loose your hope thinking that it is by queue . U can get your PR before people who applied long before u

this is what i was trying to explain to others we are not on queue u see that we still have feb march 2018 who havent yet heard anything about PR so that oct and nov 2018 are getting their CoPr.
