Guys this is weird, dude's AOR is around June 2020.
Upon looking at your post on August 9, this is what he posted on 2 different occasions.

"I am extremely confused about how to interpret the GCMS notes as it says my Eligibility has not even been reviewed. I received my AOR in June 2019, 14 months ago! So how could it be that they haven't even checked for eligibility?

Here's my timeline:
AOR: June 2019
Biometrics: Aug 2019
Medical req: Sep 2019
Medical Passed confirmation: Dec 2019
And nothing since then until I received GCMS notes this week.

Will my BOWP be refused because my eligibility is not passed? I applied a month ago. "

His 2nd post same date.
"Hi everyone, I got my GCMS notes recently. It says I passed Medical and my Criminality is in process, but my Eligibility is still 'Not Started'. I got my AOR over a year ago, any idea what this means?"

So in August, only his Medical was passed, Cri, Security and eligibility were in process. regardless this is some really fast processing.

Anyways any movement is good. Let's hope everybody gets COPR quickly.

Looks like we might have our 1st COPR with no dm before COVID and possibly from CIO Sydney. As it should be since they've started to process AOR which means they are physically in the Sydney building.

They are and i can confirm that. One of my friend was landed in canada last month and his PR card arrived today in mail. And the PR card mail was sent from CIO Sydney. So they are physically available but don't know when they will process 2019 applications.

I called back again to IRCC after work.
Yesterday the guy told me my file is now in Ottawa.
Guess what?? The lady today told me it’s in CIO Nova Scotia.
I called them today just to confirm the location again.
I don’t know what to say now on this.

Yes i guess this is the first COPR without DM before COVID-19. And i think its a good sign.
