1- yes
List all trips you have taken outside your country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since your 18th birthday, if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.
2 - no
Enter the residential addresses where you have lived since your 18th birthday or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent, complete with the postal code. Do not use P.O. Box addresses.
It's all written here:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/guide-q7000-application-permanent-residence-quebec-skilled-worker-class.html

Just for the sake of clarity...you make a travel outside of your country for few weeks ..are you not supposed to mention the 'address' where you stayed during that period?

Regards,

Thx for replying guys. Much appreciated.

Just for more clarity -
I guess they have mentioned separate form imm5562-travel history already for outside country travel details (not asking any address though there), so Its not required to fill outside country trips if individual is working for that periods (for section#8-personal history in form Imm5669-Background check) , isn't ?

Also, Does residential address mean here all address (except vacations address) for form Imm5669-Background check-section#12-Addresses ?

@Italy and others.. Could you please help provide clarity on above as well as on sundar2019 points on it?

Would be grateful to you!

I applied back in August 2018, received my pre-arrival letter December, and after MR in January finally received message that we passed our medical exams last week. From pre-covid experience, does this mean that we are almost there? I think I read a while back that DM often comes soon after medical approval. I really hope that the remaining process is just a formality. What is the significance of receiving the pre-arrival letter?
I got my medical approval a few days after I submitted mine. This was back in November...

Has anyone received MR in the last month?

My application was submitted July 2018 and I'm still waiting for medicals... What the hell is actually going on, this is starting to get absolutely ridiculous.

My medicals were approved November 24 2019 and up to today no DM! In terms of Pre-arrival letter, there is really no significance as I received it December 3, 2019 and still waiting for DM.
That is depressing. I just pray it comes through before my open work permit expires next June. I am working for myself and can't give myself a work permit! This is crazy that I am still waiting over 2 years after applying.

I had applied for PR (QSWP) in Oct 2018 and received Pre-arrival letter on Feb 2020 (first week) and nothing since then.
The applications "Estimated time of completion" will be 100% by end of this month.
My open work permit is also going to expire on 2nd October and I have lost my job as well because covid was just not enough I suppose!!

Just for others info..I had consulted a lawyer and in case open work permit expires and there is no job, but you have CSQ and PR application in process (ofcourse via QSWP) we will need to file for visitor record (before expiry of work permit). By that we cannot work but can stay with legal status.

I am in process for job at multiple places lets hope I get hired soon and they sponsor me for lima-exempted CWP

Do not understand what is going on with our applications, is it federal govt or QC govt that is causing the delay. Express entry and CSQ all are being processed but our applications.
Not sure if they are really unable to process or do not want to process...since they already canceled 18000 last year(I know its not the same but just sayin), maybe this is another trick to make sure more people leave QC

Hi Guys,
Need your advise. Please help!!
I stayed 27 days (02Oct17 to 28Oct17) more after my canada project completion on 01Oct17 (however my WP was valid till next 5months further till Mar2018) and I took some time to windup the things and waited for new projects as well with same employer. Later I moved back to India on 28Oct17 as nothing worked out.
But my employer mapped me to India location (for billing prospective) for those periods as I was not associated to any Canada client billing project. And also, in work certificate they mentioned my work location India only for those 27days; however I was physically present in Canada only but didn't work on any canada projects.

So my query is.. What should I write in IMM5669-section#8-Personal history section in terms of filling the details like period, activity, status, country, Employer) and do I need to make two entries for??

Please help assist, would be very grateful!!

Thank you.
