I submitted Bank letter for fixed deposit as proof of funds for PR last year. But the Bank FD is expiring this month. Do I have to resubmit the proof of funds to the IRCC?

There was also another comment from back in May that says “ officer review: PA has gotten married after approval of application [very long blank whiteout] COPR and visa cancelled. based on the pa‘S residence the application has been transferred for review” so I’m assuming my application was approved a while back and then redacted

The medicals are valid from the date they are done.
Your medical exam results are valid for 12 months only. If you don’t come to Canada as a permanent resident within that time, you may need to have another exam.
