hi everyone ,

hope you guys are doing ok. my AOR is July 25th. I have a question, that I forgot to mention that I had been refused twice for student visa 2012 in my country. so I raised CSE in a week after AOR. however, I heard some people said that web form CSE don't actually update your information even though they said they would transfer to the officer who process your application. Is it true ? Are there any thing I should do to ensure that my CSE update for the application.

Don't panic. Send emails, I mean series of emails to your visa office until you get an assuring response that your update has been received and communicated. Also keep sending those webforms. You can also call them too. Your application will not be rejected. Bug them seriously with calls, emails and webforms, that way they realise it's an honest ommisson and not a misrepresentation.

Hello,

My husband and I are PNP Outlanders, we submitted everything on July 9
We didn't have any updates so far and plus we are not able to see the progress status bar in our application, is this normal?
