I hope so.Been waiting since December 2019.And my application went in process April.Yet my AOR says they sent me Biometrics instructions back in March:/ Instead I received it in July

When asked for biometrics, is it also a good sign that for AIP? Same as contact by IRCC rep?

My opinion biometrics are just required for the background check.. we did ours back in Feb... still in process..

It can be.But not always.Some people have gone as far as doing medical and still got refused.The only time AIP is sure is when you get that call.Biometrics is not an indication for AIP.i hope that helps
