The google sheet is neither a requirement for IRCC nor mandatory. It is just for information for all the applicants in the forums to track the progress of each others application as well as how slow IRCC is moving in clearing backlogs, etc.

You do not need to provide your details after submission because it WILL NOT be given HIGH PRIORITY by IRCC

Looks like a long wait til our AOR but good to be among others waiting!

Someone in February 2020 group has there application status changed to In Process in few days after getting AOR

I don't believe that these days Canada post is providing signatures for courier delivery

Through AOR provided everything is correct and complete on your application which can take about 4-6 months from the time when they get your application based on backlog these days.
