Hello,

Happy to inform that today I received AOR by email. Below are my timelines;

Application sent: 05 Feb 2020
Application received: 10 Feb 2020
Location: Ottawa
Five family members

I am already in the tracker. Can someone please update status of the AoR

Congrats! Quick question on the family AORS. 1). Did they come in separate emails for each family member? 2). Did they all come at same time or hit your inbox at different times?

I received all five emails within quick span of 5 minutes.

Can you please let me know the email sender. I get so many emails in a day. It would be easier to know if it is AOR email (If i have sender address).

I guess February AORs should be done by Aug-15. Agree?

if it would have been pre-pandemic then yes but now they are not yet doing it at full speed and they are still issuing AOR for 10th hence will stretch to anther 2-3 weeks. March would overlap during the last week for sure with the given speed.

That would be great... I still think it will go to end of third week...

By the any Feb applicants from Windsor ? If yes are you still waiting too for the AOR ?

Looks like next week for you as they seem to have reached Feb 6th received dates already. Also most Feb would get it this month as things are little steady and moving further.


No consistency as i have seen forum members reporting on both types.

I think that's a fair assumption because covid peaked mid March through April and may... So I agree...

Yes, 25th Feb applicant(received date). I dont know which local office is responsible for processing the application further after AOR.

Can you guys see IN PROCESS line under your status? If yes then how many days it took after AOR for this line to appear?

Great to see so much movement February. Mine was received on Feb 17, so I maybe 2-3 weeks away now (assuming no hiccups)

I guess you should receive an AOR in less than 2 weeks.
