Re 4: You can use language test results for up to two years after the date you take your test, but the test results must be valid when you submit your application.

Well, mine got expired few days before documents submission but i sent the expired one. sometimes i regret, let c.

Does this mean we have to wait longer than the given timeline of 2 yrs? Based from the comments some already completed the waiting period processing of this application. Any idea how long this will be extended? Things are hanging while waiting for result.

Our application is still in progress. Specifically the "Eligibility" part is listed as in progress. I got our GCMS notes and they have two sections that alarm me.

In DEFINITION under SELF EMPLOYED, it says:

Relevant experience: No
AND Intend and able to be self-employed: No

I have 20 years of experience in my field. And I have earned enough to support my family with my self-employement for several years. So do those "No" entries mean it's still in progress and that's just the default until they finish the review? Or would it be blank in that case, and they have for some reason settled on "No"?

Also, in the Applicant Information summary, it gives my occupation as "New Worker" and the NOC as "9914000" rather than the occupation I gave them.

Does anyone know what's up with all that?

I have same numbers of NO in my gcms as well, I think that is the default status until the eligibility is completed

Due to covid. Yes. My guess is, it added flat 1 year to all the applications. This is my opinion and purely a guess.

We just got a letter saying: "We are pleased to inform you that you, your spouse and dependants can now receive free pre-arrival services funded by the Government of Canada. These services are available before you arrive and are meant to better prepare you for life in Canada." But the rest of the online info hasn't changed and still says "determining eligibility." Dare we hope??

Detail documents to prove about the last 5 years being a self-employed individual. I submitted documentations Proof by clients and working companies. But had not got any reply since medical.
