Finally finally after 11 months(yesterday) of wait, received the call, followed by the COPR after about 3 hours, from IRCC London, ON today! My VO was Montreal. I really really wish all of you who have been waiting since 2019 to hear your share of good news soon!!

Thanks. He said he was calling from London IRCC office. These phone numbers are confidential and not displayed. He asked me a few questions for about 4 mins and said I should receive email soon. If not, then contact IRCC after 2 days.

Yes, I never saw security as started. It was always in "not started" state.

I got a ghost update today and received a mail from an agent in cic to confirm if I live in canada right now or now. Hope they are doing something and this wait finishes soon.
