Hi, Where on GCMS noted did you read "Approved"? My status for all is valid as well, I also ordered the notes, but could not find anything about final decision.

Check on page 2 ( Assessments). It should have Approved in front of Final:

When I called them again yesterday, I am still going through security clearance. Does it take so long for anybody to get security verified ? Is there any way to find out what's going on in security ?

If your eligibility is passed, the GCMS notes will not be of much help. See the link I shared above. For security details, you need CBSA and CSIS notes.

It won't say approved until you receive your PR. Check out notes and who has reviewed your application the latest.

Also, seems your application is fine. All passed and security is blank so it's most likely passed.

looks there was yet another all program draw a few hours ago. 3900 ITAs were sent. Lowest score was 476

No. Might take a couple weeks to find out what it was. Also ordered a new set of GCMS notes so I will find out.

Your application is in Que waiting for an officer to Approve it. Don't you see Final at the bottom below Other Reqs? Once it is approved, you should see Approved in the front of the Final Header.
