Does anybody have idea on how the Medical Extension is processed after expiry. As per CIC Agents it is on VO's discretion to give the extension for another year. I want to understand if VOs has the authority to extend it personally or they send it to a different department for the same. Also does GCMS notes states if they send it for extension. I am CEC Inland with AOR on 29th Jan. Every thing for me is passed except Medical is Passed-expired (medial expired for spouse). I am waiting for final decision since 11th June 2020 and wondering if expired medical could be the reason.
I will really appreciate if anyone can share experience or guide on this scenario
I just received in my profile that my medical is passed. Atleast some movement on my file after 1.5 months. All other stages are passed. Hopefully they will give final decision soon.
Good news we received the PPR . I have a query about sending our passports. The main applicant is in the US and I am in Canada and we received Annexure A and advised to send the passports in a single package. I need guidance if we can send our passports separately from our locations or will it create issues? I raised webform(they sent a generic response -no clear guidance) and emailed Ottowa CPC as well but no response yet. Any information in this regard will be helpful.

i called IRCC today evening to confirm latest status of my file. Agent took long time to go through my file and then mentioned that a decision has been made and I have to wait for email for further instructions. She did not tell me the decision but just mentioned that everything is good.
I want to check with all senior members, how much time it takes for the profile To be updated after decision is made. I am CEC Inland applicant with 29th Jan AOR

Now the processing bar reached 100% with no update yet. Do you think the PPR can be delayed till end of the year or beginning of 2021 ? I am really nerves as they have not announced estimated time for pending FSW applications and also that means I reach 100% my application got approved ?
AOR 20th Jan. I received my gcms notes. Eligibility, medical, criminality, biometrics are passed. Security says not started. Info sharing l mentions system error. Going deep into the notes, I can see that info sharing for my wife, daughter and myself shows as complete. But for my 5 year old son it shows as system error. Not sure what does this mean. Any suggestions?

"Info Sharing: System Error" All this means is that either no information was found or a technical error occurred in accessing the information. Associated with this you may also see the comments "Contact GCMS Helpdesk or Proceed with processing the application, at the VO's discretion"
