Even my Work Permit is getting expire in November 2020.
AR - September 2019
AOR - September 2019
ADR- Feb 2020
PAL- Feb 2020

no medical request. I got work permit of 1 year 4 months instead of 2 years because by passport was getting expired in November 2020. Closed Work Permit employer specific Nova Scotia PNP.

Wow same boat as me. My passport is expiring Jan 2020 so work permit wasn't given for the full two years after i got OINP. I'm hoping to maybe contact IRCC to see if they can extend it once I get my passport renewed

Yes you can. Just apply and explain/ask for it in your letter of explanation

today i called ircc and they ask me for biometrics but i didnot receive any biometric request letter yet and my processimg timeline is 18 month completed.

They r doing the time pass it seems, 18 month ago biometeic was not at all required for canada.did u add any member in middle or after 3rd december 2019?

what should i do?

ask them for BIL(Biometric instruction letter) and ask them the reason.
Raise a webform for safer side.

They have skipped that part of the process since Covid. For ALL inland applications

yes im inland applicant and she ask for pay the fee first and then they might be send the biometric req letter

If you will pay Fees first then if you dont require Biometrics then Might be they will refund your fees .. which make no Sense.

Try to request Webform ... then act accordingly .. this is what I suggest ..!
