getting PAL is not big thing. But yes it indicates that you have passed eligibility. However, few applicant get PAL at very last stage.

getting PAL is not big thing. But yes it indicates that you have passed eligibility. However, few applicant get PAL at very last stage.

If a person has previosuly applied for visitor visa and receives PAL does than mean that previosu file has been checked and matched and everything is right

Yes. I've sent it twice, and both times the same automated answer. " Not in system yet"
