ECAS status changed to "Application Received" from "In Process"

I got update from Calgary LVO on Jan 21 (ADR). My ECA changed back from
“Application received” to “in process” on Feb 4th after submitting the documents requested.
Been waiting since then.

Application transferred to Calgary Aug 12, 2019
ADR: Jan 21, 2020.

Ecas is meant for only PR applications ? Or it does show updates about work permit application too ?

After MR no any update. I checked my Ecas status changed to In process from yesterday. Before it shows application received all the time. I think my file may be transferred to local LVO last year.

AR July 2018 , mp may 2019 , File sent to Calgary on June 2019 (eligibility) , ADR ( travel and job letter ) on June , 2020( replied next day) , any updates to anyone else.
