I submitted my paper based application on the 7th Dec 2019.
Applied received: 16th Dec 2019
AOR and Biometric letter: 8th Feb 2020
Biometric done: 10th Feb 2020
Pre-arrival letter: 17th July 2020.

Additional Document Request (Birth certificate) - Feb 17, 2020
AOR + BIL - Feb 18, 2020
Biometrics done - Feb 24, 2020
PAL - Jul 23, 2020

I haven't done the medical exam. I wonder if I should do one now and send the report via web form?

So after cic is silent again for AOR ...
Yesterday someone received aor after almost 5 months
So next applicant will get hopefully after 5 more months

Next applicant already got probably....they're not handling 1 applicant in 5 months, your assumption is very wrong
