He isn't sure of anything like every other person. IRCC is full of surprises so it would be stupid for anyone to rejoice before seeing what they've got up their sleeves. I just think there must be something because it makes no sense to roll out a general draw two weeks ago and switch to PNP/CEC this week.

I have a suggestion for Indian citizens who are in not in India currently expecting their ITA soon, get your PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) done well ahead (even before getting ITA) don't wait for the last moment, getting PCC for India is taking a very long time these days (it's like getting ECA from WES). so start your process ASAP.
