Hi, so little update on my profile.
AOR june 3rd and i got biometrics letter today 2020/07/21 and medical passed.
But with service canada not taking appoitment due to covud 19, do i just wait till only God knows when they will start taking appoitment or can i submit a web form to indicate i cant get biometrics done.

Did you gave your biometrics when you got yoyr PGWP? There are valid for 10 years. If not it's probably why you received the biometric letter

The Biometric for temporary resident (WP, SP, etc.) is not applicable for PR application. The biometrics for PR is only one-time valid, which means if a PR application was refused/cancelled, the biometrics has to be re-done for the next PR application again.

We June applicants can get excited a lil bit now.

I don’t think you should worry much, as they are well aware service Canada isn’t attending to biometrics enquires for now. But you can shoot them a webmail to the effect just to satisfy your apprehension.

In this document, I was asked to fill below 2 columns along with other information -
1. NAME OF OFFICE WHERE THE APPLICATION WAS SUBMITTED ?
2. LOCATION OF OFFICE ?

I don't have above details. How can we get this information ?

Weird. Did you work with an immigration lawyer on your submission? I think I remember in the application that you can specify if you can't to authorize the release of information to a third party.

I included my spouse as representative in case of verifying application status and changing address if required.
I sent email to cpc-ctd-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca for (Visa Office - Enquiry) and also submitted webform to get office details where my application currently in process. Once I will response with details, I will upload form IMM5457e.
