I have doubt regarding the new update on student visa(2 Stage approval) ,they said that this process is available for students starting a program in this fall semester.
So what about the if we are applying for Jan intake 2021,due this current situation the VFS is not open for Bio-metrics,so can we process our study permit application without Bio-metrics or else we need to wait for VFS to open.

Not to worry they have also assured that fall intake students will also get there biometrics done before coming to Canada... jan intake are all safe so nothing to worry you will complete your application normally like it used to be as many VFS are opening

I think in such a situation all you can do is just defer it immediately as you donno when can we get the response.. I'm just worried that I hope by January classes begin in campus as i cant afford to complete my entire course online as it's just a 1 year course

No I'm doing it online.. I sense that we the September Intake students will get the first opportunity to reach Canada.. just like the March 18 date which they have split for study permits..
