No, I received medical request on July 3rd, and did medicals on July 10th. Passed today, July 21st.

BOWP- Bridging open work permit
PAL- pre arrival letter
GCMS- global case management system. Basically it is for in depth knowledge about your application process. Prearrival letter comes once your eligibility checks are completed.
