My AR is April 03 2019 and AOR is May 14 2019
MP is October 2019
My open work permit is expiring on August 31
Anyone know the process or document checklist i need to apply the BOWP.

You'll need to apply for a closed WP with your company with the work permit support letter from your PNP nomination.
The company should be the same company mentioned on your PNP certificate (if your certificate is employer restricted).

My PNP say no restrictions on my employment to my current employer.

You just need your existing work permit, and few forms.
When you will start applying on gckey, after you fill all details, you will get to know what documents are required.
