No I haven’t received anything through email but my Ecas status changed from application received to in process and a line added that we have started to process your application on 9th July 2020 so I am assuming that it is AOR 2 ??

Well if it’s July 9 acknowledgement and you already know that your file was transferred to LVO. It should be AOR2 I can assume as well.

I heard about this TRV (Travel Visa) through this page and for now this is my only hope to visit my spouse in canada cauz its been 30 months. Can anybody shed some light on this TRAVEL VISA (TRV) how can i apply and what are the requirements in details, and how to know if i am eligible.

its my observation they are giving trv to those applicants who got aor2 and their spousal application passed 1 year mark or near to pass....! so guys do apply for trv....
What is trv?
Temporary Resident Visa, you can apply for it($100) but to get approved the applicant needs to have strong ties to home country like a job, property, savings in bank account... Some people are getting it easily others are not., really depends.
Our application was submitted October 2018 and still awaiting. Apparently the file has been waiting in queue for a final decision since November 2019 and online status just shows background still processing. Every time I call for an update they keep telling me it’s in “queue” and calling in asking for updates basically delays them from dealing with the queue because they’re having to speak to me.... WTF are they doing honestly??! 2 friends of mine got married in July 2018 and filed applications in February 2019 and one’s husband came December 2019 and the other one’s in March 2020. There families are also from same area so it’s not even like someone came from some posh city or something....
whole UK has started working normally except CIC, even in Canada IRCC offices are operational.
