For PR documents that need to be certified, we need to submit two documents, one certified copy in original language and one certified translation with an affidavit. Is this correct?
You have missed the last week update from inlands. Check messages above & don`t forget to congratulate them
. Inlands are now getting the email with confirmation of the PR.
Yeah maybe PPR for someone already had DM before march but no MR at all ....

If a supporting document is in a language other than English or French, the applicant must provide IRCC with the English or French translation, an affidavit from the person who completed the translations (translated by a certified translator) and a certified photocopy of the original document.
Oh, I didn't request GCMS notes. Does that cost money? Alternatively, I submitted my application while in Canada (I live on the border in the United States) to Citizenship & Immigration Canada in Sydney, NS. Does that help?
It's free to request GCMS if one is in Canada, otherwise $5 via a friend/relative who is Canadian citizen or PR

We hope that to be true and still let’s hope on that !!! But nothing come yet to a lot of people!!!
Thank you. Do you know if this is the only way to know where your VO is? Cheers!
For inland and applications from US the VO is Ottawa, otherwise one can request via a web-form etc but knowing the VO is not of consequence.

Is not of consequence? What does that mean? Anyways, thank you...
I emailed them earlier today and I'll try to contact the Ottawa VO office. Cheers! I'll keep everyone posted!

What are the information can I know from GCMS ?is it useful
They will announce a reopening plan for some Service Canada offices, including the Montreal one :
https://www.journaldemontreal.com/2020/07/07/reouverture-progressive-des-centres-de-service-canada-1
fingers crossed that this means we can do biometrics again...
Giving biometrics is more of a non citizen matter or for citizens to sponsor their non Canadian spouses or family members. This will be not be given priority in my opinion. Service Canada employees also protested that they cannot work in a non safe envionment some time back.
Towards the bottom of the article, it says Biometrics will not resume anytime soon. My only hope is Citizens who cannot sponsor their outland family or outland spouses is complaining on twitter to CIC, but those biometrics are in another country which might open. Inland biometrics I dont think so.
I have applied to renew my work permit, now stuck on biometrics
Hello, is there anyone got a call from 16476842158 and 16478603888 numbers. Is it scam. At which number immigration officer call to take the PR interview. Thank you.
