Hey, i just ask my parents to visit local station back-home to check if they got any request to start police verification Email and yes they had received it on the same day. They said they are going to call you back tomorrow. So better you should also confirm with someone at india to check at PS. May be we’ll get an email on thursday regarding pcc initiation.

Can anyone help me in tracking my PCC as from SP office, I came to know that report sent to Passport office 3 days back. Not sure where it is now. When contacting BLS they were telling me the same status on BLS.

for me its Processing at consulate general all the time. What is the difference between two ?

my status was "review at PSK" first and then after pv, it got changed to "to be collected from rpo" but now it got changed back to "review at PSK". Is this normal?

Police Clearance Certificate has been printed successfully on 30/06/2020
Status on BLS website - In transit from consulate general to BLS

Where do you check the status in BLS website? It shows no records found when I choose "consulate application" under tracking.

This may take a week or 10 days for status to get updated as pcc collection at RPO. You can check the PCC status on passport india website and use file number in the police verification email . Use lower case letter like cat**

Application Received by BLS 29 may(As per website tracking)
Application sent to consulate general 1 June
Police verification initiated - 3 June (email received from passport admin)

PCC needs to be collected from the Regional Passport Office - 23 June
PCC granted - 29 June
PCC Printed - 30 June

Printed status will be on PSK website . I think there is some glitch donr worry soon you will see granted/ printed status

Documents reached BLS - May 8th
BLS started processing my application -- May 26th
Documents reached at CGI -- May 27th
Police verification initiated -- June 5th
Police verification completed in India by local police -- June 13th
Pcc need to collect from regional passport office(status from PSK status link) -- 19th June.
PCC grated ---23rd June
PCC Printed -- 23 rd June.
PCC transit from CGI to BLS ---30th June
PCC received --???

Hi,

I have submitted my pcc application on 4th April, then I got police verification email on 2nd June. I contacted respective police and they submitted my report on 9th June. Today on 1st July I am checking status on possposrt.gov.in and status is pic application is under review. Can anyone tell me how do I know it is done or not and where to contact to check the status? It would be really helpful if someone tell me where and on which number to contact in India to check it.

Police verification these days taking almost two months. I suggest you to start immediately and its not such complex applications process but its taking lot of process time during the pandemic
