I called them last week, they said nothing initiated except criminality but I know a few other people from JanAOR who got the same reply when they called but they got their CoPR after a week from that so it really depends on the agents.
They are giving CoPR's to Feb AOR's and even a few March Aor's with completed biometrics which means they need to do rest of the March next. But I wonder, are they just going to wait until Service canada opens to give COPR's. What if it doesn't open for a month? I mean if it was already open I think few of us would have been getting COPR's too if we would have been able to complete biometrics.
That's great!
So when they say "Your application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied" it means eligibility is passed?
I think they can pass eligiblity without biometrics. On their website they say they will continue working on the applications even if biometrics are not done.

I hope they open biometrics soon, maybe there are processes like security that might require biometrics (just assuming) but I think once they open the biometrics, march applicants will receive decisions soon after that.
Also there will be a huge rush for biometrics appointments once they open so I guess it could also be hard to get an appointment. The sooner they open, the lesser the rush will be.
Hi everybody. Can somebody help me with the phone number of CIC to know which stage application is at? I have read a number of posts regarding the same but am unable to find the number. I have a March AOR but nothing updated as of now.
