My AR 3rd October and I am still waiting for AOR...

I am worried as to my SINP-OID paper based application as I submitted my application on 21/10/19 whereas my IELTS expired on 30/09/19 is this possible this will cause rejection of my application by IRCC? Besides, I am yet to receive an AOR acknowlegement of receipt since the 21/10/19 date it was submitted.

I know another person who's IELTS was expired but got AOR on 8/1/2020...
