When did you submit your case can you please share ur timeline, for me its been 26 months and still total silence.

You’re welcome. When I saw this Message on June 2 on my GCKEY it got me search frantically lol for other members who could be having the same issue. I’m an outland applicant sponsored by my husband. My case has almost passed 28 months, The delay was because of second marriage case/marriage genuineness evaluation. Please see my timeline below:

Date submitted was: Feb 2 2018
received PFL: May 6 2019 (waited more than a year for a movement in my file finally)
Additional documents Request (ADR): Dec 2019
Interview letter received: Jan 16 2020
Interview Date: Feb 19 2020
Request for Re-med: same day of the interview
Medical Completed: March 12
Decision Made: April 8

Omg omg, am too overwhelmed right now, i got my visit visa today, i applied on 14th of may, I didn’t know along with PR(spouse) application i can apply for visit too,i got to hear that from this group and you guys helped me alot.. being pakistan the chances are less but still God helped me

My situation is very worst, my wife delivered a premature baby on 27 may, thats my purpose of visit and main cause of getting visa so soon

Please be advised that due to ongoing restrictions in the United Kingdom relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, IRCC London is operating at significantly reduced capacity. Your application is awaiting progression to the next stage (e.g. medicals), but we are unable to advise when this review will take place in the near term. Notably, in addition to our own operational constraints, panel physician sites remain closed in Pakistan at present time.

My medical has also expired on 5th of June.

Heyy, when your medical expired, on your gckey did it show profile updated? And under medicals does it say "you dont need a medical exam, we will send you a message if this changes."
