India PCC from Toronto

The status I see is pcc need to be collected from regional passport office .

Does anyone know what that’s means ??

No you have to enter your PCC application file number which is in your email..start like cat+++

when do I get that email? Mine is currently under process at CGI and also does the police verifications go to the local police station that we mentioned in the PCC application since I gave my parents a previous address and also the phone number is currently not in use. I am planning to send my family member to visit the police station but needs to know when is the right time to send them.
Any help would be highly appreciated!

Is it after police verification or during?
I was told they dont have digital signature dongle but my wife's police verification was done but still this status for both.

After police verification is done my status got changed from under review to pcc need to collect from regional post office

Police verification done yesterday and today i saw the status got changed .

It differs to each application for my husband the police verification was done on June 13 still it has the status as under review at psk
