Mine is also same as yours 19 march2019 AR.stiil waiting for DM.i called ircc they said BG in processes. On gcms note eligibility. Criminality passed security not started. Is there any hope we will see some good news.seems they r not working on pnp papper application since march 2020.

They do for Feb EE applicants now, so they will not work pnp at least in 4 months.

They actually do process pnp but applications from 2018.
I've seen some 2018 getting COPR now.
