Hello Kia,
Congratulations for you to get csq and start your pr application.
In next 3 months, you may get AOR(if you are very lucky). You need to have a MyCIC account and link your application, you can register the account online.
You can check your application status new messages and upload documents in your account.
It's good for you to realize that's gonna be a long journey in the beginning, hahaha

Hello suzzy
There is nothing anyone can do until the pandemic situation subsides. If you're already at 100% I think youll be amongst the first ones to receive medical as soon as the clinics are once again available. But expect some months of additional delays with the whole process which are inevitable at this point and anticipate having a closed work permit with your employer if you need to in the meantimeto stay in the territory.
I did my medical back in dec 2019, and provided my police certificates as well as per IRCC’ requisite. My medicals were approved in dec 2019 as well and it still says reviewing background check. Since then waiting for final decision!
Hello guys

Oh fingers crossed. By the way what does a pre-arrival letter means? Any step finished like background check or other? Or no?
Pre-arrival Letter gives you free service of the IRCC as the "The agencies that delivers the pre-arrival services are also reporting to IRCC if the immigrant has accessed or enrolled to the pre-arrival program"
