There are three categories of Inland applicants, FSW backed by CEC, PNP AND simple FSW inland. Outland applicants backed by PNP and simple FSW Outland.

I can't understand why FSW inland profiles have not being taken into consideration... I mean, we have work exp as the CEC and we're already in Canada... Then why?
