Assalam o alaikum and warm welcome to everyone. I am about to begin the process of sponsoring my wife from Pakistan. Do i need to submit original Nikah Nama aor notorized photo copy. Members help would be highly appreciated.

1) do I need to submit original Nikah Nama with the case.
2) Do i need to submit Nadra certificate (notorized photocopy or Original)
3. birth certificates of spouse (original or photocopy)

Medical exam passed - Jan 22, 2020
Additional Doc requested - Feb 11, 2020
Forwarded to LVO - Feb 21, 2020

If anyone has a similar timeline, please let me know!

I have similar timeline. No update from LVO since Feb. But I was not requested additional docs

We haven't heard from LVO since Feb too. I should clarify, the additional doc request was just for my husband to renew his passport since it would expire in September. We renewed it, submitted the new copy and then they forwarded the file to LVO.

I think it's only for eligible family members meaning they already have a permit to visit Canada.

I have also similar timeline as your 19 feb application forwarded to lvo but still no update

AOA, they called you and your Husband both for interview, Can I ask what questions they asked , any guidance please. Its my second marriage as well, may they will call my wife for Interview because of my second marriage .
