Yes they do, medical is valid for one year when you take it.

I am Dec 28 AOR, CEC Inland, NOC 213, Eligibility not even started yet. Not sure why its so slow for my case?

The actual agent processing time is very less. They probably wait for information from countries for BG/Criminality. But cases could be closed even in a single day I believe. Stay positive. You still have roughly one month. And status shown in your account isn’t the latest.

Yeah...very true...i’ve cases where it says Not Started and then PPR in just a matter of a day...

Upfront Medical - January 20, 2020
Biometrics - Feb 3, 2020
Final Decision made on June 1, 2020.

I'm an inland applicant, however haven't received any email. JUST the updated status so I'm a bit nervous...

I am not sure about inland appication but my application is still staying at eligibility verifying while criminality check is valid. Maybe outland application would be processed differently.

after my profile was updated I called IRCC today and the agent confirmed that eligibility passed criminality passed security passed waiting to send COPR within few days maybe

I received the following response from London Visa Office today, previously through a webform and calling IRCC agent my eligibility was met, security, criminality, background checks and medicals were all valid. The agent on phone told me that the final decision is pending but looking at that everything has passed, this usually results in a positive decision.

May be they are trying to validate if all your dependents are in Canada. Asking for this through ADR is good sign, you should get positive update soon after submitting the form.

Hi, I submitted my ADR (family information) on 7th May but still no update. I raised a web form, they replied " your file is being processed at CPC Ottawa. We will inform you once decision is made or additional information needed" I asked background check, eligibility review etc. in detail but they replied in short. What's happening to my file? I'm confused.

Inland Outland all seems same... landing, VO office based processing time seems different. But everyone meets everything needed.

I think they are waiting for canadian borders to re-open which hopefully will b opened by july 1st. So lets hope we hear the good news in this month. Best of luck.
