They have already started working again it seems. I just checked my wife’s application on GCKey and it had a ghost update like it was updated but I checked and nothing has been changed so that’s progress right?

in addition to that, remedical was completed in Early March and I uploaded the new Police check certificate around March 9th to the application but then Covid came and stopped any additional progress. We are way past 12 months now. Almost into 16 months total sigh.
