Hi, my timeline is as follows:
Paper Applicant- MPNP Outland.
AR- Jan 14, 2020.
AOR- Feb 22, 2020.
Biometrics request: Feb 22, 2020.
Biometrics done: March 5,2020.
You could add this to your tracker.
Thanks.
I would say there are 3 ways:
- check all requirements from official sources for Ontario PNP and follow them to apply;
- change the province, some of them have less requirements than Ontario;
- ask for immigration consultant help (additional fees), he/she can advise you the easiest way in your personal case to get it
Hi I've sent my application on the April 30th I haven't heard anything from them I've checked and i know it arrived there. how long does it usually take for them to AOR?

Normally they send AOR in 1.5 to 2 months. But due to covid-19 locked down they are not processing paper based applications. Last time they issued AOR on 13th March for applications received till 20th February. After that all applicants are waiting for AOR

Nothing is confirm after arrival of coronavirus. May be a week or may be months to start working on paperbased applications. Their priority is EE applications now days.

Do you think i should just withdraw and start all over again for EE because i'm qualified but i made a mistake by applying for applying for the wrong pnp

EE is much better and faster if you have a valid option. Average processing time for paperbased is 19 months now and for EE it's 12 months with lots of other quick services e.g upfront medical, AOR in just a week, etc
